“The death of the imagination is the death of the artist. When an artist loses their sense of curiosity, they loose their passion to create.” These words of advice were administered by one of my favorite artists and mentors, Barry Krammes. It is the underlying strength propelling me to create. My childlike sense of wonder is still very much intact and these are some snapshots of what inspires me daily, whether it be color, texture, light or pattern, these everyday things remind me of why I create.
